I loved being there, the place is stylish.

My room was both exceptional and huge with great decoration, 2 large windows, as example.

I had gorgeous king room with a Nespresso machine, 2 large windows, for instance. There were coffee & tea making machines and refrigerators, liked it. The location was unbeatable, close to a spandrel segmental arch bridge. Everything was perfect and the staff were amiable👌

The room was BEAUTIFULly designed and romantic, and location of the hotel was excellent. We appreciated the property because it was not far from the train station.

what a nice stay, no complaint. nice place with an amazing and lovely location. 10 minutes walking from the but station. beautifully maintained & exceptional rooms on the 3rd level. affable staff on reception and elsewhere. early check-in, parking nearby. by the way, parking fee - £ 34 per day.

Convenient location near attractions, spacious suite with separate bedroom, daily cleaning, helpful owner, good restaurant on the ground floor.

Nice large room

You have to climb 72 stairs to get to the hotel level. Its four very high floors. We were exhausted every time we went to the room.

loved the location, right in the heart of everything with luxury shopping and great restaurants nearby. The suite was stunning, with beautiful decor and a great atmosphere. The owner was so kind and helpful, carrying my luggage up and down the stairs.

Clean room and very clean bathroom, very good location, friendly staff, no street noises at night.

Truly enjoyed that the hotel was stylish, classic decor in the rooms. Most of the staff were kind. Overall it was beautifully maintained and romantic on the 3rd level.

The living area was mind-blowing with a Nespresso machine and free coffee making facilities. The cleaning lady went above and beyond to assist me. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location was GREAT, within walking distance of everything. The owner was super helpful, even guiding us on where to park. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortable. We'll definitely return when in town.

Room was large and clean, and location was fantastic (just a few blocks from Piazza Republica in one direction and the banks of the Arno in the other). Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good.

The Caprimoon was a bit hard to find (no big sign out front, only a sign on the door buzzer). There were lots of stairs, which is mentioned on the website, so just be aware. You only get 1 set of keys to your room - which can be an issue if you are with a group ths splits up - since the downstairs doors lock around midnight and the only way in is to hope somone is awake to buzz you in (if you are not the one with the keys).
